Hong Kong SAR, July 16, 2025 – Federal Express Corporation, one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, has received the Elite Enterprise Partnership Award 2025 from the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department (C&ED), marking the fourth consecutive year of this esteemed recognition. The award highlights the company’s excellence in enhancing customs clearance and compliance processes through innovative collaboration with local authorities, as well as its ongoing commitment and contributions to the logistics industry.
FedEx, an Authorized Economic Tier 2 Operator (AEO) since 2014, continues to lead in advancing the logistics industry by enhancing supply chain efficiency and ensuring seamless operations.In December 2024, FedEx signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the C&ED for the Cross-boundary Express Cargo Clearance Facilitation Arrangement (CEFA), becoming the first company to join the initiative. The CEFA aims to enhance customs clearance efficiency for inbound shipments, supporting local e-commerce development. It also improves the flow of trade and commerce between Hong Kong and other cities in the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

Notably, the recent collaboration with the Hongkong Post to expand the self-collection network for inbound shipments to over 700 locations across the city strengthens the company’s last-mile delivery capability and enhances the customer experience.
