HONG KONG SAR, April 1, 2025 — Federal Express Corporation, one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, announced the expansion of its self-collection network for inbound shipments to more than 700 locations in Hong Kong. In collaboration with Hongkong Post, customers and e-shoppers can now conveniently pick up their packages at designated Post Office counters, iPostal Stations, and 7-Eleven convenience stores without additional charge.

The alliance offers FedEx customers greater flexibility with self-collection access points available at over 400 7-Eleven convenience stores, 165 iPostal Stations and 119 Post Office counters. To utilize the self-pickup service, customers can select their preferred collection location through WhatsApp or the FedEx official website.
