The U.S. economy would significantly benefit from overhauling the nation’s tax system. To be more competitive with the rest of the world, America needs a much lower corporate tax rate and a territorial corporate tax system. These priorities combined with some accelerated expensing of capital would create jobs and stimulate investment leading to enhanced economic growth.
