MEMPHIS, Tenn., November 12, 2025 – FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) today announced the global launch of the FedEx Integrator Program to expand its digital integration options for supply chain management (SCM) software providers and digital ecosystem partners across FedEx. This program will provide more opportunities for businesses to easily connect with FedEx services and gain near real-time information across the customer journey.

While the third-party (3P) ecosystem is rapidly expanding across the industry, it is marred with several pain points including inadequate channel visibility, undesirable customer experiences, and barriers to commercial access. In response, the FedEx Integrator Program was created to provide seamless integration of FedEx services into SCM products and applications through digital application programming interfaces (APIs) and webhooks.

“The FedEx Integrator Program reflects our commitment to making our services more accessible and reliable for businesses as they scale,” said Jason Brenner, senior vice president, digital portfolio at FedEx. “By enabling shipping and logistics platforms to embed FedEx capabilities easily through self-serve integration, we ensure consistent, dependable shipping experiences so merchants can stay focused on growing their business. These simplified integration paths expand choice, reduce setup hurdles, and provide clearer shipment visibility—giving businesses the flexibility they need.”

The new FedEx Integrator Program complements the well-established FedEx® Compatible program, which enables 3P software solutions to offer FedEx shipping capabilities within their platforms. Since 2018, the number of available 3P solutions in the FedEx Compatible portfolio has more than doubled. Now, with the FedEx Integrator Program, eligible providers can take advantage of the company’s digital partner ecosystem, benefiting from a streamlined technology integration experience, improved customer onboarding, and the opportunity to be considered for FedEx Compatible.

According to a Grand View Research report, the U.S. 3P logistics market is projected to grow at a 9.2% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) through 2030, reaching $247.4 billion. Similarly, the U.S. market for SCM software is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6.7% from 2025 to 2030, increasing from $7.15 billion to $9.90 billion, as reported in a study by Mordor Intelligence. The Integrator Program represents a valuable opportunity in light of this anticipated growth, helping the company build a strong 3P and SCM software ecosystem and ready-to-use integrations with the technologies FedEx customers already use.

Shipping and logistics technologies can now come together through a straightforward, self-serve onboarding experience. Made available through the FedEx Integrator Program, SCMs can also gain access to the FedEx Advanced Integrated Visibility webhook, delivering best-in-class shipment visibility and recipient tracking, enabling businesses to turn insights into impact.
