FedEx Web Site Redesign Makes It Even Easier To Ship

MIAMI, May 2007 – FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and the world’s largest express transportation and global logistic solutions provider, has redesigned its online interactive service portal, fedex.com, to improve access to tools and information on all transportation services, applications and solutions.


The enhancements make shipping even easier for customers all over the Latin America and Caribbean region. The redesigned site is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.


The website’s interface has been redone to provide easy access to all tools and applications from the home page, thanks to the inclusion of features such as universal headers with rollover menus and a fresh, new look for the site, with sections such as Customer Center, Resources, Track, Special Offers and News.


In addition, all information regarding country-specific customs requirements and regulations, available services and local country information are easily accessible from anywhere on the site and tailored specifically to the customer’s is log-in location.

This allows for easy sharing of information among them and eliminates time spent re-typing shipment data for each of these tools. With FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com, customers are able to create labels, print air waybills and access all fedex.com online tools quickly and easily.
