“Our deepest sympathy is with people affected by the tornadoes and other severe weather that struck the Southeast. Our heartfelt prayers and condolences are with everyone who tragically lost loved ones.

“We are experiencing delays in some areas, but are committed to providing service as local conditions allow. Service is limited to accessible areas of Tuscaloosa because of the severity of damage. Customers can check the status of their shipments on fedex.com or by calling 1.800.GO.FEDEX (1.800.463.3339).

“FedEx is also donating logistics and transportation expertise and services to help relief recovery efforts. Continuing our long history of providing assistance in times of crisis, we are responding with charitable shipments through Red Cross, Heart to Heart and Direct Relief, moving basic supplies such as hygiene kits and medical aid, including vitals like insulin and blood pressure medicine. FedEx trained Ready When the Time Comes volunteers are working at the shelters located in Memphis, Eastern Arkansas and the Mississippi Delta.”
