FedEx Named Best Employer in Korea by Aon Hewitt

Award Serves a Testimonial to the FedEx People-First Philosophy

FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and the world’s largest express transportation company, announced today that it has been accredited as one of the top 10 Best Employers in Aon Hewitt’s “Best Employers in Korea 2016" survey.

In 2015, FedEx launched Career Forums, which were designed to increase employees’ understanding of roles across different functions of the business. The forum gave an opportunity for employees to understand the requirements for different job roles and help them identify potential career development paths. FedEx was previously recognized as a one of Korea’s Top 10 Best Employer by Aon Hewitt in 2001, 2003, 2007, 2009 and 2015. FedEx was also named the Best Employer for the Young Generation in 2013 and the Best Employer for Women in 2011.
