Organized by Hewitt Associates, in conjunction with Straits Times Recruit, the top employers were determined based on perspectives of the CEOs, an inventory of People Practices and an Employee Opinion survey in addition to an audit of selected participating companies which examined people management practices in many of the local corporations like FedEx.
