Organized by Hewitt Associates, in conjunction with the South China Morning Post, the top employers were determined based on perspectives of the CEOs, an inventory of People Practices and an Employee Opinion survey in addition to an audit of selected participating companies which examined people management practices in many of the local corporations like FedEx.
Mr. Luiz Tung, Managing Director of FedEx Hong Kong and Macau accepted the honor from Ms. Andrea Zavadszky, Classified Post Editor of South China Morning Post in a special award ceremony in Hong Kong yesterday.
