FedEx Launches Customer Rewards Campaign

Prizes include a tour of the FedEx hub and cold chain facility at Kansai International Airport

TOKYO, November 13, 2017 - FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX), launched a campaign rewarding customers using FedEx and TNT services on November 1.

Anyone who ships a package using eligible FedEx and TNT services can participate in the campaign. Only one entry can be made per package.

Participants have a chance to win a voucher for an overnight stay for two at a hot spring resort (two winners), a home fragrance product (20 winners) or a dorayaki confection with a FedEx logo (50 winners). All campaign participants will receive a highlighter pen with the FedEx and TNT logos.

Five customers who participate in the campaign by December 31, 2017 will have a chance for a tour for two of the FedEx North Pacific Regional Hub and FedEx Cold Chain Center at the Kansai International Airport in Osaka. During the tour, customers will have the opportunity to observe how FedEx operates and handles packages, including temperature and time-sensitive healthcare items.

Recipients of prizes will be notified upon receipt of the prize.

FedEx North Pacific Regional Hub Tour winners will be contacted by FedEx in early January 2018.
