FedEx Launches Customer Rewards Campaign

TOKYO, October 9, 2018 – FedEx Express (FedEx) a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX), launched a campaign to thank and reward customers for using FedEx and TNT services.

From October 1 through January 31, 2019, anyone who ships a package using eligible FedEx and TNT services has a chance to win a gourmet gift voucher (six winners), a gift catalogue voucher (20 winners) or a 15-piece box of FedEx- and TNT-branded chocolates (50 winners). All campaign participants will receive FedEx- and TNT-branded stationary.

FedEx initiated this campaign to express appreciation to loyal customers and introduce its quality services to potential new customers. FedEx also aims to create a fun experience for customers in western Japan, which recently experienced service disruptions due to Typhoon Jebi.

Fortunately, the FedEx North Pacific Regional Hub at Kansai International Airport did not suffer any major damage from the typhoon and we resumed normal operations. At FedEx, we are dedicated to keeping Japanese businesses connected to the rest of the world.
