FedEx Korea held ‘2nd FedEx English Camp’!

The world’s largest express transportation company, FedEx Express Korea held the 2nd FedEx English Camp’ in the Pungnap English Village on the 7th of April.


The 2nd FedEx English Camp, co-sponsored by FedEx and Chest, invited 150 underprivileged children to participate in a weekend of English classes and recreation. Native teachers and children had a great time in taking the Taekwondo course led by Yoon-Bae Nam, the FedEx-sponsored Taekwondo athlete sponsored.


“The 2nd FedEx English Camp provides underprivileged children with the opportunity to take high quality English classes,” said Eun-Mi Chae, managing director of FedEx Korea, who taught the program’s restaurant class. “FedEx will contribute to ensuring that anyone can have an equal chance to be educated.”


FedEx Korea sponsors a variety of youth programs such as the Junior Achievement business and economy education program for teenagers and the Safe Kids school safety campaign for children.
