BANGKOK, January 28, 2019 – FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and the world’s largest express transportation company, recently hosted a “Big Cleaning” activity at the Lak Si Station in Bangkok. Gina Galvin, managing director, FedEx Express Thailand, led the initiative by mobilizing over 80 employee volunteers to clean up the station and collect trash in the areas surrounding the facility.

The ‘Big Cleaning’ initiative is part of FedEx Cares global charitable giving program, in which FedEx is investing US$200 million in 200 communities by 2020 to create opportunities and deliver positive changes around the world. This is one of many activities throughout the year where FedEx employees gather to give back and show their appreciation to the communities where they live in.
