FedEx Express Enhances Country Web Sites

Paris, April 19th 2007 - FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and the world’s largest express transportation company, has launched new features on country-specific web pages covering Europe, the Middle East, Indian sub-continent and Africa (EMEA). The enhancements, including a new Careers section, build on the company’s commitment to provide an outstanding FedEx experience, regardless of the point of contact.

New rollover menus—options that appear when the cursor has been placed over specific text—are now accessible. The new capabilities improve accessibility for customers visiting the site, streamlining content and minimizing the number of clicks users need to access information. The enhanced menus also contain links to corporate information and online applications for customers looking for automated tools when shipping.

“Our priority is to always provide a positive experience for visitors to the website, with users able to easily find the information they need, so it is essential that we continue to review the services provided and enhance the sites design or features as required,” said Beth Galetti, vice president of Information Technology for FedEx Express EMEA. “With more than seven million hits per month on our website, customers are telling us that they value our dedication to providing online services.”

The newly launched “Career Gateway” provides information on available positions at FedEx, with individuals able to search for vacancies by type of position or location, or sign up to receive email notifications about jobs as they become available. The Gateway is available in five European languages—English, German, French, Italian, and Dutch—and is easily accessed via a link at the bottom of all pages.

“FedEx Express has been recognised as one of the “Best Places to Work” across the region,” said Dominique van den Peereboom, vice president of Human Resources, FedEx Express EMEA.

“The new Careers section provides an easy and effective way for recent graduates or experienced professionals looking for a leading workplace environment to apply for available positions at FedEx.”

Additional enhancements providing users with fast access to information in a more user friendly environment include:

· New footers on fedex.com with additional links to service information, company background, careers, the ability to write to FedEx and a copy of the corporate Privacy Policy;

· Updated FedEx Service guides and list rates, which are available on the service information page.
