Volunteers from FedEx, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (FDX) the world’s largest express transportation company, gave up their free time to sort, pack and deliver 250 boxes of toys to help disadvantaged children across the UK. As part of the FedEx Cares programme, 22 team members joined together at the Stansted Gateway to classify, label and categorise toys for different age groups and genders in aid of children’s charity, KidsOut. The charity supports children who have witnessed or been victims of domestic violence as they transition into a new home. The toy boxes will help welcome the children to their new lives, bringing them excitement and hope when they need it most.
