FedEx Continues To Deliver In Singapore Customer Satisfaction Index

Institute of Service Excellence Study Names FedEx As Leading Logistics Provider Among Customers For Fourth Consecutive Year

SINGAPORE, September 21, 2016 – The Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) conducted by the Singapore Management University’s Institute of Service Excellence (ISES) has revealed that FedEx Express is once again the preferred logistics provider among customers in Singapore.

The 2016 Q2 edition of the CSISG surveyed the Education, Transport and Logistics sectors. In this year’s Index, FedEx Express once again ranked first in the Courier Services sub-sector with a score of 73.6 points, an improvement on the 73.2 points achieved last year.

Now in its tenth year of indexing, the CSISG is an annual national study that measures customer satisfaction among Singapore residents and tourists across a number of sectors. This edition of the survey gathered feedback from a field sample of more than 13,000 respondents and was conducted between April and July of this year.

The CSISG measures customers’ satisfaction levels with companies and scores customer satisfaction on a scale of 0 to 100 with higher scores representing peak performance.
