Hoofddorp, 12 July, 2023 - FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and the world’s largest express transportation company, announced an expansion of My FedEx Rewards, a loyalty programme for small and medium businesses in Europe.
My FedEx Rewards, a FedEx Express owned programme reaching small and medium businesses across Europe, rewards eligible* customers for doing business with FedEx via a simple mechanism of earning and redeeming points for specific shipments. With this loyalty programme, FedEx Express further strengthens its focus on small and medium businesses.
FedEx customers who sign up for My FedEx Rewards automatically save points they can spend on the programme’s website to redeem a variety of digital gift vouchers from well-known brands.
The programme is currently available in five European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and United Kingdom. It is expected to launch in an additional nine European countries (Belgium, Czech Republic, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden), in a phased roll out later this year.
