The new FedEx Delivery Manager provides customization options to customers by allowing them to reschedule delivery time or location of their FedEx Express deliveries.

(NYSE: FDX), launched another innovative shipping solution to strengthen last-mile delivery capabilities and bring more flexibility to customers. FedEx Delivery Manager provides customers with the ability to customize their FedEx Express deliveries with more convenient options, such as rescheduling the delivery time or location.

FedEx Delivery Manager also increases security and ease for customers. Once the package is shipped, customers will receive notification by email or SMS for real-time tracking. With just one click, the recipient may choose to change the delivery route and schedule via a secured website, electronically sign for the package, and provide detailed instructions for the courier. Additionally, customers can even choose from select FedEx - 2Go retail locations instead of their home or office as a delivery destination.
