HONG KONG, June 2, 2015 – FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. - Locally-made knitted blanket, doll, and knitted hat
- COWS® Chocolate-covered Potato Chips
- Two pair of COWS® Pajamas
- A Prince Edward Island “Dirt Shirt”

- Two Children’s Books from COWS®
“The gift basket represents the collective congratulations and goodwill of the people of Charlottetown to the new royal princess,” said Dr. Karen Reddington, president, Asia Pacific, FedEx Express. “Under the circumstances, our Canadian division was more than happy to convey the gift free of charge.”
“On behalf of Council and the citizens of Charlottetown, we send best wishes and our congratulations to the Prince William and Princess Catherine on their new arrival, and we thank FedEx Express Canada for contributing to the enthusiasm our City has over the birth of Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte by helping us with the delivery,” said Clifford Lee, mayor of Charlottetown. “We know our small basket of gifts will arrive safely and on time, and we hope the Royal family will enjoy it.”
This delivery is the latest of in-kind services FedEx Express Canada has performed for municipalities across Canada. In July 2013, the people of Prince George in the province of British Columbia sent a similar gift basket via FedEx to Princess Charlotte’s older brother to commemorate his birth. On March 25, 2013, FedEx Express Canada made international headlines with the delivery of two Giant Pandas from Chengdu, China to the Toronto Zoo at no cost to the City of Toronto or the zoo.
