FedEx Introduces Service Enhancements to Benefit Kanto Region Customers

Improved Services for Customers with Transit Times Reduced by One Business Day for Imports and Exports in Certain Areas

TOKYO, November 9, 2018 – FedEx Express (FedEx), a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX), announced the enhancement of transportation services in multiple areas of the Kanto region. The improved services provide reduced transit time for imports and exports, as well as extended cut-off times for export shipments.
The enhancement applies to the following services: FedEx International Priority (IP), FedEx International Priority Freight (IPF), FedEx International Economy (IE), and FedEx International Economy Freight (IEF). With this enhancement, FedEx delivers more convenient and high-quality services to meet the international shipping needs of customers in the Kanto region.
