Taipei, April 27, 2023 – FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and one of the world’s largest express transportation companies shone a spotlight on its many logistics solutions for cross-border e-commerce companies while highlighting the company’s 50th anniversary at the 2023 Taiwan Cross-border E-commerce Expo, held by the Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei (IEAT).

“Everything You Need at Once” was the theme of the 4th Taiwan Cross-Border E-Commerce Expo. The Expo featured four exhibition areas and eight types of enterprises that help companies at different scales find operational paths for e-commerce and solutions in the digital age. The Expo also arranged conversations and face-to-face consultations with professional service providers of e-commerce platforms, third partners, and digital marketing tools to assist participants in quickly developing transformation and upgrading e-commerce.

Aiming to become the best logistics partner for e-commerce, FedEx held a seminar on cross-border logistics strategy at the IEAT Convention Center on April 26. From the perspective of service and technology, FedEx introduced various services specially designed for e-commerce customers, and digital transportation tools that can help SMEs in Taiwan grasp global cross-border e-commerce business opportunities in a changing environment. George Lin, CEO of Paper Shoot Technologies, who has entered the international market in cooperation with FedEx, also shared his successful experiences and provided a development blueprint that SMEs can follow.

This year, FedEx centered on its 50th anniversary and unveiled an exhibition booth showcasing its series of e-commerce logistics solutions, including shipping services and order fulfillment, designed to meet the specific needs of e-commerce businesses. FedEx also had a team of experts available to answer any questions and provide guidance on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce logistics.
