Hong Kong SAR, February 12, 2026 — Federal Express Corporation, one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, has been awarded once again the logo recognition under the Caring Company Scheme organized by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS). The company has been receiving this logo for multiple years. The Caring Company Scheme has been running for 24 years, encouraging companies to enhance their caring culture and contribute to social sustainability continuously. This year, a total of 3,500 caring companies and organizations were recognized.

The Scheme reached a new milestone by aligning assessment criteria with international sustainability standards to boost public recognition of the logo, emphasizing responsible business practices and social sustainability. For the first time, HKCSS has also released major findings from the Caring Business Achievements Overview, providing an in-depth look at corporate trends in addressing social issues such as population ageing, workforce challenges and climate change across four key pillars: partnership, social, economic and environmental sustainability.

FedEx has consistently driven its operations towards sustainability and a caring, inclusive culture while upholding high corporate governance standards through various measures. The company embeds sustainability into its business and community engagement and delivers long-term value to customers, employees and the local community.
