Held at the Raffles Town Club, the awards represent the industry’s recognition of air cargo carriers based on criteria such as the size and span of network, reliability of guaranteed services, IT know-how and systems, level of customer service, the carrier’s ability to handle specialised cargo, approach to security and risk management and approach to sustainability and other CSR issues.
