FedEx Honoured with the 2025 Diversity for Better Tomorrow Awards

TW DEI 2025 Awards

Taipei, November 12, 2025 – Federal Express Corporation (FedEx), one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, has been recognized for its achievements in equality, opportunity, and diversity (EO&D) in the workplace. At the 2025 Diversity for Better Tomorrow Awards (DBTA), FedEx received three honours, including the “Annual DEI Enterprise Golden Award,” “Annual Best DEI Advocacy and Innovation Award,” and the “Annual Best LGBTQ+ friendly Enterprise Award.” FedEx is the only logistics company in Taiwan to receive these honours. The awards underscore the company’s long-standing commitment in fostering a positive, fair, forward-looking, and people-centred workplace.

Organized by Womany.net, Taiwan’s first digital media community focused on a gender perspective, the awards honour corporate leadership in respecting employee dignity and cultural diversity. The judging criteria include a clear vision of inclusive cultural practices, a friendly working environment, development of diverse talent, and broader social impact.

“We are honoured to receive the 2025 Diversity for Better Tomorrow Awards. At FedEx, we uphold the ‘People–Service–Profit’ philosophy. We are committed to creating an inclusive and people-centred workplace,” said Paul Sousa, managing director of FedEx Taiwan. “Going forward, we will continue to promote dialogue, deepen understanding, and strengthen collaboration so that our employees feel recognized, trusted, and respected.”

Over the years, the FedEx Taiwan team has promoted a corporate culture of respect, inclusion, empowerment, and creating a people-centred work environment for its employees.
