FedEx Express Enhances Customer Experience for SMEs by Introducing PayPal As a New Payment Option

FedEx Offers a new option for Small and Medium-Size Enterprises

To Pay for Their Shipments Online

HONG KONG, January 31, 2019 — FedEx Express (FedEx), a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and the world’s largest express transportation company, now offers PayPal in Hong Kong, a new payment option which allows FedEx customers to pay for their shipments using their PayPal accounts on FedEx® Billing Online, the dedicated platform for FedEx customers to view, manage their account information and invoices online.

As part of FedEx efforts to enhance customer experience, the new PayPal payment option allows FedEx customers[1] to conveniently pay for their shipment online. In addition to PayPal, customers can also make payment on FedEx® Billing Online using major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and AMEX.

Apart from Hong Kong, FedEx now accepts PayPal payment in Australia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore in Asia Pacific.
