FedEx Teams Up with eBay to Support Korean E-commerce Businesses in Expanding to More Overseas Markets

eBay merchants in Korea can now sign up for a FedEx account to enjoy special discounts on shipping rates

Seoul, South Korea, March 18, 2024 – FedEx Express (FedEx), a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, announced an alliance with eBay CBT (Cross Border Trade) to provide cross-border e-commerce logistics services for Korean businesses looking to expand their footprint to overseas markets.

Through this alliance program, eBay sellers in Korea will benefit from access to the company’s extensive global network with special discounts on international shipping rates. The discount is applicable to a wide variety of services including FedEx International Priority® Express, FedEx International Priority®, and FedEx International Economy®, enabling Korean businesses to benefit from fast, reliable, and affordable international logistics solutions.

As part of this collaboration, FedEx and eBay will also host webinars for local businesses to hone their e-commerce strategies and knowledge in customs clearance.
