FedEx Collaborates with Visa to Empower Thai Businesses in Tapping Overseas Growth Opportunities

Bangkok, Thailand, March 25, 2024 – FedEx Express (FedEx), a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, announced an alliance with Visa, a world leader in digital payments, to assist local businesses including small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs) in Thailand in expanding their reach to overseas markets.

Through the alliance, FedEx is offering up to 60% discount[1] off shipping rates to Visa Commercial debit and credit cardholders, including Business card for SMEs and Corporate card for corporations in Thailand.

Available now until December 31, 2024, the discount is applicable to a wide variety of services, including FedEx International Priority® Express, FedEx International Priority®, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority® Freight, and FedEx International Economy Freight, enabling customers to benefit from fast and reliable logistics solutions connecting more than 220 countries and territories worldwide.

These include Application Programming Interface solutions enabling e-tailers to integrate FedEx shipping services into their storefronts. FedEx Ship Manager® Lite provides convenience for customers to ship a package without having to print any documents. Most recently, FedEx expanded its one-stop-shop logistics solutions for dangerous goods enabling customers in Chiang Mai and Lamphun to conveniently ship dangerous goods such as electronic devices, glues, bleaches and paints to and from overseas markets via FedEx International Priority® service.
