Federal Express Corporation, one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, was recognized as one of the ‘Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024’ for the third year in a row by HR Asia. FedEx was recognized for strong corporate culture that drives high employee engagement through exemplary human resource management practices. In addition, FedEx received a second award for ‘Sustainable Workplace,’ which recognizes the company’s initiatives in promoting a strong sustainability culture and contributing to environmental protection
The awardees are evaluated based on a set of criteria across three categories – leadership and organization, emotional engagement, and team dynamic, in which employees were asked to rate the company.
