SEOUL, South Korea, June 9, 2025 — Federal Express Corporation, one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, announced the six winners of the 2025 FedEx /Junior Achievement International Trade Challenge (FedEx/JA ITC) Korea Finals. These students will advance to the FedEx/JA ITC Asia Pacific regional finals set to be held in Singapore this August.
Since 2007, FedEx has collaborated with Junior Achievement (JA) Korea to foster entrepreneurship among Korean youth. Through the ITC program, FedEx and JA Korea provide students with engaging team activities and workshops focused on international trade, preparing them for future success as leaders of commerce.
The six students who will advance to the regional finals are:
1. Team : Disruptor
Names of students : Buhm Kwon, Jamie Smith
School : Chadwick International
Product presented : Circular fashion brand that transforms returned clothes into whole garment knitwear
2. Team : NexTrade
Names of students : Ju Eun Lee, Do Yeon Han
School : Sangil Girls’ High School
Product presented : EcoID: physical tag that tracks personal fit and sizes for shopping)
3. Team : NextVibe
Names of students : Min Suh Kang, Ji Hwan Kim
School : Suffield Academy, Seoul Foreign School
Product presented : Biodegradable packaging (box) for collecting and recycling used clothing
This year, the students were challenged to develop a market entry strategy targeting China for an environment-friendly product that reduces fast fashion waste from returns.

The regional finals will take place in Singapore this August, where the winning students from Korea will compete with their counterparts from Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The event will offer Korean students a unique opportunity to collaborate, exchange ideas, and engage in meaningful discussions with fellow young entrepreneurs from diverse cultural backgrounds across the region.
To date, more than 2,900 Korean students have participated in the FedEx / JA ITC competition, with students winning in the regional finals along with their partners in 2018, 2021 and 2023.
