SEOUL, South Korea, June 9, 2026 — Federal Express Corporation (FedEx), one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, announced the winners of the 2026 FedEx/Junior Achievement International Trade Challenge (FedEx/JA ITC) Korea Finals. Six students from the three winning teams will represent Korea at the Asia Pacific regional finals in Singapore this August.

FedEx/JA ITC is an annual entrepreneurship program that offers students hands‑on experience in addressing real-world global business challenges. Through workshop-based learning and collaborative team activities—supported by mentors from the program’s alumni network, industry experts, and FedEx volunteers—students cultivate essential skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, and creativity.

This year, participating students were challenged to develop market entry strategies for AI-powered warehouse drones in Vietnam. Their proposals were judged across key focus areas, including target market analysis, value proposition, pricing and promotion strategies, distribution channels, as well as overall business viability and scalability.

Three teams—CHIKO (Yedam Bae, Hojoon Jang from Dwight School Seoul), Duopoly (Hyojun Kong, Dohyun Lee from Chadwick International School), and SPARK (Ji Heon Jeong, Won Tae Choi from Korea Global Business Meister High School)—emerged as winners. They will advance to the Asia Pacific regional finals where they will join peers from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand to tackle a new business challenge.

“A digital mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and a commitment to innovation are essential for young people preparing to lead in a fast‑changing world,” said Wonbin Park, Managing Director of FedEx Korea. “Through the ITC, we inspire students to turn bold ideas into practical solutions and to develop the skills needed to become leaders who create real value and drive communities forward.”

Marking its 20th anniversary this year, the FedEx/JA ITC has engaged more than 3,000 Korean students to date. Many have excelled at the Asia Pacific regional finals, including winning the competition in 2018, 2021, and 2025. FedEx and JA Korea remain committed to providing practical learning opportunities in international trade and entrepreneurship, helping to nurture the next generation of innovators and business leaders.
